Please arrive at the Loch Ness Hub 15 minutes before departure. The minibus will arrive at the side of the building. Please check-in with the Hub Team inside the building.
Please remember the boat has no toilet facilities and does not provide refreshments.
What to bring:
The weather here can change rapidly, please bring some warm clothes, we do provide lap blankets but it can be cold out on the water.
Important Notes: Castle Cruises has a maximum Tour capacity of 12 passengers. Well behaved dogs are allowed on the boat (must be pre-booked). The Tour is not suitable for wheelchair access or people with significantly restricted mobility.
Customers will receive a full refund or opportunity to reschedule their booking in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund, including same day bookings. No-shows will be charged the full price.
